We are in the middle of the Summer season which can be full of amazing opportunities or a time to tap into your carefree youthful days. From mid-June to September, the warmth of Summer can give us a sense of freedom to explore and maybe find new connections with ourselves, family, friends, and the world we live in. When you experience Summer, are there aspects of it that bring up memories or sensations of being happy or carefree? What about a sense of contentment? May recalling these memories or sensations help you relax, open you to loving those around you, and help you appreciate the simple beauty of the world. Even if things have not been going your way, I invite you to connect with your movement and breath as we follow the dance of a Summer breeze.
- 1st WAVE, 8:30 am warm-up & 9:00 am dance
- 2nd WAVE,10:30 am warm-up & 11:00 am dance
