Sparkles the Clown is here to encourage movement through circus arts. As an art form, juggling is an excellent discipline to teach that “PRACTICE MAKES PROGRESS.” In order to become sort of good at something… the first step is to suck at it, and keep trying anyway. It’s alright to drop the ball sometimes -or most of the time.
Circus Arts has taught me a lot about self love, dedication to practice and slow-growth. I think it is fundamental in the development of success to practice patience and persistence.
Through my art I hope to teach children of all ages, 1-101, that wherever you may be in your journey, it is perfect. I hope to replace failures with learning experiences. I aim to grow flowers of discovery from seeds of curiosity. I implore all whom I meet to listen to their bodies, move however feels good, laugh like a clown, and DANCE like no one is watching.
