Rhythm of the Heart ~ Friday Night Dance
Rhythm by the definition comes from the Greek rhythmos “measured movement, flow.” The beat of a song or the meter of a poem is its rhythm. You can also describe the cycle of things that happen in life or nature like the ocean tide or the passing of the seasons as a rhythm.
So, in this dance tonight, let’s match the rhythm of our hearts with the beat and flow of the music. Let’s train our bodies to move through different rhythms to find the healing to uplift our spirits.
