AMC are exploring a range of options from leasing and building out a space to purchasing or building a building. Making ends meet for rent on a commercial space in Asheville is a significant task in itself. The scope extends far beyond the operations of AMC's usual week dances, and an upstart build out budget alone is tens of thousands of dollars. When the plans are expanded to the idea of owning, or even building a building, the challenges, stakes and budget increases ten fold or more.
To ensure AMC is well equipped and informed on all aspects that the project will entail, AMC is starting a Seed Fund to cover initial market research, the development of a financial plan, and initial fund raising costs. AMC will be honing its fundraising goals, and developing our fundraising efforts. If you would like to find out more, please be sure to sign up for our newsletter.
